College Open Days

15-16 September 2022 Open Days

The University hosts a two-day Open Event in September so that students can get to know the Colleges.

15 September

Corpus will be open 10:00-12:00 and 13:30-15:00 for undergraduate-led tours. There is no need to pre-book.

16 September

Due to the current circumstances we are no longer offering the opportunity to meet with subject Directors of Studies. The rest of the programme will be continuing as planned.

We will be running two distinct programmes on the 16 September. The morning session will be dedicated to the Arts and Humanities and the afternoon one will be for STEM students. Both programmes will have a presentation on applying to Corpus Christi delivered by our Admissions Tutor, Dr Michael Sutherland, which will also include a current undergraduate Q&A.  Please note that these sessions can only be attended by prospective applicants. However, there will be an optional parents and carers session led by our Admissions and Outreach Coordinator. Students must pre-book for these programmes. Drop-in tours of college will still be available from 10:00-12:00 and 13:30-15:00 and these will not need pre-booking.

I first came to Corpus because of an access event I attended here when I was in Year 9, my school was invited to Corpus to get a feel for Cambridge and university life. I had my heart finally set on Corpus once I attended an open day in Year 12 and got a detailed look at what medicine here was actually going to be like. The central location and the intimacy of the College community is great for meeting people and getting to grips with a daunting environment. The buildings are beautiful and the people are fantastically friendly.
