Our philosophy is simple: Source the finest ingredients at their seasonal best then create dishes to delight and exceed expectations. Each quarter we offer fresh imaginative menus for fine dining, buffets and lunches.
Due to the high standard and quality of our freshly prepared meals, we are not able to offer a choice menu of multiple courses. A set menu will need to be selected with a vegetarian or vegan alternative for each course.
The kitchen team will of course cater for food allergies and diet requirements.
