Access & Outreach at Corpus

Meet our Admissions Team

We are dedicated to ensuring that all academically able students, regardless of school and background, should have the chance to make a competitive application to study here at the University of Cambridge. Our support ranges from providing information and guidance about the Cambridge admissions process (IAG) and subject taster classes through to summer schools and sustained super-curricular programmes. There's something for everyone!

Our Admissions Team has years of experience in designing and delivering programmes that can help students successfully apply to universities like Cambridge. We understand that applying to Cambridge can be daunting but we are always willing to provide appropriate support to any student navigating the admissions process. We pride ourselves on understanding the potential obstacles that might stop a student from applying to Cambridge (or making a competitive application), and as such hope that our access and outreach programmes (listed below) can help students overcome them.

Corpus & Your School
  • James regularly tours the schools in the College's Link Areas (Islington, Northern Ireland, and West Berkshire) and if an in-person visit is not possible he is more than happy to organise online sessions.
  • We have recently appointed an embedded Admissions & Outreach Coordinator in the North-East (in partnership with Jesus College) and as such will be looking to build new relationships with schools across the region.
  • If you have any questions or enquiries about talks, events, or supporting your school, please email James or call him on +44 (0)1223 764005.
Visit Corpus
  • The best way to visit us is on one of our Open Days, where you can tour the College and meet current students and the Admissions Team.
  • If you can't make one of these dates then prospective applicants are welcome to email the Admissions Team to arrange to visit the College at another time.
  • If you would like to arrange a school visit to Corpus and Cambridge please email James.
