Oliver Rackham Society Annual Lecture and Dinner

The Oliver Rackham Society is very excited to announce the return of its annual lecture and dinner on Saturday 26 April.
This year, the ORS Annual Lecture will be delivered by Corpus alumna Dr Rachel Edwards-Stuart, a former biochemistry undergraduate student at Corpus who has a long-term interest in understanding how science can be used to create novel dishes. In 2005, 3-Michelin-star chef Heston Blumenthal co-sponsoring Rachel’s PhD at the University of Nottingham on the Science of Cooking. During this time, Rachel created novel flavour and texture experiences for diners at Blumenthal’s restaurant, The Fat Duck.

19:30 – Dinner in Hall
The dress code is black tie/evening attire; no gowns to be worn.
Bookings will close on Friday 4 April 2025.
Attendance at this event is by invitation only, although invited Corpuscles may bring a guest.
