Fine Dining

Corpus Christi College’s reputation for excellence in food and hospitality is well founded. We pride ourselves on producing ingredients in house, from bread rolls to fish stock, which our chefs make fresh for the Butler team to serve in the College’s historical surroundings.

Our philosophy is simple: Source the finest ingredients at their seasonal best to create dishes that will delight and exceed expectations. Each season we offer new menus for fine dining with paired wine recommendations from our cellar, along with contemporary buffet and lunch menus. 

Sustainability and welfare are at the core of our operation, with all of our meat traceable to UK farms supporting rare breed and biodiverse farming. Wherever possible, our fish is from UK day boats and considerate to MSCUK sustainability ratings. We also partner with local producers to both support local and have a hands-on understanding of the provenance of our ingredients.

Given the high standard and quality of our freshly prepared meals, we kindly ask that all guests dine from the same menu and enjoy the same starter, main course and dessert, apart from those with particular dietary requirements. We will be happy to cater for these requests when given advance notice.
