It was a great pleasure to welcome to Leckhampton - for her first ever visit - University of University of Cambridge Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Prentice. She was greeted by Director of Development Rachel Lawon, Bursar Richard Leather, and Warden of Leckhampton Professor JD Rhodes. 

The VC was shown around the Leckhampton estate, including the view from the roof of the Kho Building. Professor Rhodes told her about the history of the Leckhampton buildings and site, and she then met with other College officers to discuss the College and its priorities for the future. Finally, she also met with some of our postgraduate students to find out about how they felt about Leckhampton life (no surprise, they think its a very special place) before heading back to Old House for lunch.
