The Senior Physics Challenge

The SPC has a very close connection with Corpus Christi College, but is run from the Physics Department. Consult this site for a chance to come to Cambridge for 4 days at the end of your AS year to do real University-level Quantum Mechanics, Mechanics (from Feynman), Lab classes and other activities.

Research

I am currently an EPSRC Senior (Professorial) Research Fellow and therefore released from regular teaching and administrative duties for some years to follow research programmes. Themes are mostly in the area of liquid crystal elastomers. See
