Vacation Arrangements     

All students must complete the form supplied to their pigeonholes termly and return it to the Tutorial Office no later than the deadline noted on it.

Vacation Residence

Students applying to stay up should be aware that they may be required to move rooms over the vacation period.

General Notes

When giving the date that you will be going down for the Vac, please endeavour to be accurate. If you have to change your dates, please let This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in the Tutorial Office know immediately. Failure to do so may result in a fine. We must have accurate information so that conference guests can be accommodated, and appropriate cleaning and maintenance arranged.

You must leave your room by 10am on your departure date.

The undergraduate room rent for the Vacation Period is £13.38 per night plus £2.44 KFC if the stay is for academic reasons, or £24.96 per night plus £2.44 KFC for sporting, theatrical or personal reasons.
