You can ask us more technical questions and we will do our best to respond but we are not trained University employees. If you need extended help with any college computing equipment or the network, Anil Keetoon is your point of contact. If you have software or hardware problems, you should first try your program supplier or computer manufacturer, then the University Computing Service.
