Part-time Students

Part-time postgraduate students can enjoy all of Leckhampton's facilities and also use the Graduate Parlour on D staircase as their base on the central College site.

Tutorial

Part-time students have their own Tutor, whom they can contact if they face any welfare or financial issues. The staff in the Tutorial Office on A staircase on the main college site (tutorial@corpus.cam.ac.uk) are also available during office hours to help, and are the first port of call for any administrative queries.

Meals

You can have meals in College (main Hall and Pelican Bar) or at Leckhampton, and can use your University card for payment. The amount you spend on meals with your card will be added to the following term's college bill.

Parking

There may be parking space available at Leckhampton. Please contact the Head Porter (headporter@corpus.cam.ac.uk) to check availability.

Overnight accommodation

If you occasionally want to stay overnight at Leckhampton, please contact the Accommodation Office (accommodation@corpus.cam.ac.uk). If a room is available they will book it for you, but please contact them as far in advance as possible. Rooms are normally available for one or two nights, but during the summer it may be possible to have a room for longer. When you're invited to a formal College event, such as a Tutorial Supper, you can have free (single) accommodation overnight, if available. Please make sure you ask for a room when you receive the invitation, as guest rooms cannot usually be booked at short notice.

Keys

A key set is available from the Head Porter, whose office is next to the Porters' Lodge on the College's central site on Trumpington Street.

Study Weeks

Once a year you may stay in a guest room for seven nights free of charge. Please contact the Tutorial Office and ask your supervisor to send us a supporting email. We will book a room for you if it is available (this is more likely during the Easter vacation and summer). Please give us as much notice as possible.
