What we do

The Information Services and Technology department are available for all IS&T issues related to students, staff and fellows of Corpus Christi College as well as supporting, developing and maintaining the services and IS&T resources of the College.

Open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, the IS&T Office is located on E staircase room 1 in the main College grounds.

Alternatively students can contact their respective computer officer (JCR or MCR).

Getting help and support

  • IS&T provides help and advice with using computer software and hardware.
  • IS&T is the first point of contact for all fault reports, service requests and general IS&T issues.
  • IS&T support can be provided by telephone, email or by visiting the IS&T Office during normal working hours (see above).  For students contact with IS&T is not charged but advice may be limited to 10 minutes in the first instance.
  • If you need to check on the progress of any existing inquiry please contact IS&T by email (see above).

Passwords and security

If you need to change your University password then the UIS provide a service for managing University IT passwords, please also see this video guide on how to change your password.

We recommend that everyone takes the short online security training course provided by the University.

Any concerns about IT security should immediately be reported to the IS&T department (see above for methods of contact) and/or to the main University security team: cert@cam.ac.uk.

Free software available from the University

The University's Managed Devices (UMD)

UMD computers are available for use by all students in the Taylor Library and at our Leckhampton site.
